Fair?

You walk the streets of your city. You say your city like the way Americans say “their country.” You never feel right saying- my country. Because for some reason looking Mexican means you can’t be American. Still, you try at least. You try like no one else on earth tries to be in two places at once.

I feel exactly the same way with the "our country" thing, which is why I usually don't say anything like that.

And that people think I look like a bunch of ethnicities, which has its coolness especially as an actress. But it has its badness considering that people usually see me as the ethnicity that they're racist towards or that they're madly in love with (can I get an in between here!). Oh well. That's the price we pay for being beautiful!
